Rates & Upgrades

Travelers usually do not pay a fee to work with our agents.  The exception would be if a supplier does not pay a commission for booking; we pride ourselves in dealing with vendors who do.    With many different destinations, companies, suppliers, and the like, we have developed terrific relationships. We receive compensation from various vendors, tourism boards, etc. for promoting their destinations and products as well as for entrusting them with our customers. Of course, not all companies, goods, and services pay us for our labor and knowledge. An illustration of this would be airlines. Our top goal is you, the client, and giving you the best travel options to design the trip of your dreams. As opposed to pushing services that aren't truly an appropriate match for your travel itinerary, we take satisfaction in connecting you with the greatest travel necessities. Because of our relationships, we have access to rates and upgrades that the average client does not.

Our consultations are free and cover a planning session (either in person, via Video-chat, or over the phone) with your expert Wayfinder as well as the investigation and planning of your itinerary. If you decide to book your trip with us, it will also come with our assistance before, during, and after the duration of your journey. If your travel arrangements drastically alter throughout the consultation process, there may be additional expenses.

We are available day or night, before, during and after your trip. In the event of an emergency, a delay or an unexpected disruption, our agents are there to reroute, rebook and get you where you need to be.
